The Process How To Replace New Inverter On Oss System

Once you have decided to replace new whole items including inverter, hybrid inverter, off grid inverer, battery system etc. for clients, you have to submit the application on OSS and Xiaoshouyi system. Or in future, we can’t query replacement inverter warranty info. Please highlight it, our company has strict requirement on it.

This warranty procedure only is suitable for the customers who directly purchase inverters from Growatt. If your inverter is bought from other channels, please claim warranty from your supplier. All customers have the responsibility to fill in warranty claim forms before they send faulty inverters back to Growatt. If customers don’t fill in warranty claim form according to the following general warranty procedure, Growatt has no responsibility for any returned inverter from these customers and Growatt are entitled to refuses non-qualified claims.

Replacement application is a channel for overseas customers to apply for replacement. Overseas customers apply for a switch through http://warranty.growatt.com. The customer service will review the application after receiving the application. After the review is passed, the customer will replace the device. If qualified, the client application needs to be rejected. The replacement application form submitted by the customer will be recorded in the OSS system, and the replacement application form supports multi-condition query and export. At the same time, you can filter and view according to the status of the work order (replacement application, send a replacement machine, recycle the old machine, whether to recycle the old machine, complete the work order, abnormal completion, rejection, all). Advanced settings, according to the customer’s designated processor when the customer fills in the replacement application, the customer’s email suffix assigns the processor, and the first five customer replacement applications are handled by the same customer service, and the system assigns the replacement application to the processor according to the priority.

Clients can submit the replacement application on

http://warranty.growatt.com

channel 2:

Growatt Customer service Engineer can access their OSS account – ->service hall – ->replacement application – add replacement application

a. Click Warranty Claim –> Add A Warranty Application

b. When you click to add a replacement application, the system will pop up a pop-up window to select the country and device type. There are 9 replacement application templates in total, and the system loads the templates according to the selected country and device type. On the device replacement application page, when typing the device serial number, the system will judge whether the serial number matches the selected template, otherwise the filling will not be successful.

Please be meticulous about Device type that must match your real inverter S/N, or you can’t submit it

c. Please fill in the form as required, especially the faulty product photos (Inverter LCD display showing the error message clearly and the product nameplate with serial number sticker) are greatly requested then sign as your signature at the bottom.

The installer/distributor can add replacement application through OSS – Service Hall – Replacement Application.

a. Click Warranty Claim –> Add A Warranty Application

b. When you click to add a replacement application, the system will pop up a pop-up window to select the country and device type. There are 9 replacement application templates in total, and the system loads the templates according to the selected country and device type. On the device replacement application page, when typing the device serial number, the system will judge whether the serial number matches the selected template, otherwise the filling will not be successful.
