Xiao Shouyi Application Rule for SA office warehouse
Attention, please! SA has 2 warehouses, to distinguish that, previous sales warehouse can be called as SA old warehouse, system number is 2070. service center can be called as SA new office, System Nubmer is 2071. please use it in your applications, or Grace can’t know which one.
When you apply spare parts from SA old warehouse, please leave ID: “仓位 2071” In “Logistics delivery method”

2. If SA office engineers want to get spare parts from SA office warehouse, you must follow the rules below strictly
1) Please fill in Chinese “办公室已维修2071” that means that spare parts for SA office repairing. on column “Logistics delivery method”. The reason why we need to fill it in is that Grace from spare part dep. will have the statistics about SA office spare parts management. Besides, if you dont fill it in, Grace will think that these spare parts should be sent from old warehouse , and cause the misunderstanding. Please follow it strictly
2) Before you submit the application, make sure that there is no repeated Inverter S/N on xiaoshouyi
There is bad example, same inverter S/N appears in different applications, definitely it is not allowed.
3) Please check if inverter is beyond warranty before you submit it. If beyond warranty, client must pay for that
4) For repaired inverters, please submit xiaoshouyi application daily , dont delay that, and engineers who repair inverters should be in charge of submitting application on xiaoshouyi.
5) Make sure that material code on Xiaoshouyi matches real board material code you have used. It is really important, please highlight it. Or Grace can’t balance the data for finanical dep.
