How to modify register Email of distributor or installer account on oSS system
If distributor or installer can’t access their OSS account and can’t get verification code from Email., Our engineers have the authority to modify register Email of distributor or installer account on OSS system
1. Access OSS system via our engineer OSS account
2. select “System Set”–>Distributor list or installer List–>type Distributor Code or Installer code
Distributor or Installer code can be found in Distributor or Installer account or username of Distributor or Installer account
3. enter into Distributor account or Installer account
4. Modify register Email
