How to correct wrong company name on distributor account of OSS system
Sometimes, some clients want to modify company name on OSS account, we can set new name on their OSS account. But it needs to be operated by our smart control dep. You can report it and we will reset it. More Company names can be added on the account.
Procedures
Please note that only smart control dep. has the authority to modify it
1. Access OSS account that has the authority
2. Type correct company name
