1)入职半年时间学习公司所有系列产品原理，Troubleshooting，快速高效解决客户问题，以超出客户期望的程度做好客户服务，客户满意度100%

Within half a year of joining the company, learn the principles of all series of the company's products, Troubleshooting, quickly and efficiently solved customer problems, and provided customer service that exceeded customer expectations. Customer satisfaction was 100%.

2) 对负责的重要客户不定期进行产品售后培训，给客户工程师赋能，让他们也成长为专业工程师，具备独立解决问题能力

Conduct product after-sales training from time to time for responsible important customers to empower customer engineers so that they can grow into professional engineers with the ability to independently solve problems

3) 持续推动公司产品改进，及时发现产品缺陷，提交客诉推动其它部门改善产品
