For spare parts that will be sent with order, you need to inform spare part and commercial dep. and let them know that.
1. To apply for spare parts to be shipped from China with the customer's order, please be sure to make clear remarks in the remarks item of the Easy-Sell spare parts application form, and you must send an email stating the Easy-Sales order number KFSQXXXXXXX, which will be shipped together with the sales order number XXXXXXX. The sender must include: the sales colleague of the sales order + the business colleague responsible for shipping the sales order + colleagues from the spare parts management department: Zhou [email protected] + Li Hongmei [email protected] + Luo Jinjin.luo@growatt. com+Ding [email protected]
2. When applying for spare parts to be sent to the freight forwarding address in China designated by the customer, be sure to provide complete and accurate information in the remarks on the spare parts application form, including the detailed domestic address + recipient + phone number + warehouse number + Mark information (if you don’t need a warehouse number, you don’t need to provide a warehouse number).Procedures
1. Submit spare part application on Xiaoshouyi System and Claim that spare parts should be sent with order number in the remark.
You can request order number from Salesman or saleswoman
