The requirement about returning back faulty devices to Factory
To improve product quality , for some strange faulty devices , they should be returned back to China ,and research dep. will analyze them further and find the cause.
Growatt has own DHL account: 956376857. You just inform DHL and pick them up. We will bear all fee.
Procedures
1. Please inform our local engineer and submit the application on the OA system ( it should be completed by our engineers )

a. Create new applicaiton on OA
b. Select “Logistics delivery application form”
c. Fill in “Logistics delivery application form”
2.Please inform DHL to pick these faulty devices ( it should be completed by clients )

1) For the items that will be returned back, don’t mark old or second word, all should be regarded as NEW
2)Amount should claim less than 60% of sales price.
3)Less than 100KG item, we can follow the post, if above 100KG, please contact commercial dep. and deal with it
4) Consignee Company must use the one: Shenzhen GROWATT New ENERGY Co., Ltd
