In order to regulate the management of private cars for public use across the Group, we would like to reiterate the requirement that if you need to use a private car for public use, you must submit a “car use application form” for approval before you use your private car. If you use your private car first and then submit the application form, it will not be approved (except for emergencies). In addition, when you fill out the “car use application form”, please note that the kilometres before departure and the kilometres after return must be the kilometres of the navigation address. When you reimburse your expenses, take a screenshot of the navigation mileage and print it out as an attachment. The finance department will reimburse the expenses according to such audit rules, otherwise the reimbursement form will not be reviewed.
