Datalogger and inverter online on server.growatt.com, while offline on installer or distributor account
1. Phenomenon
Plant state is offline
Inverter is online on server.growatt.com
2. Reason
Inverter may be removed from distributor or installer account by someone, so distributor or installer account can’t monitor it
3. Solution
1) Contact Growatt Engineer who has the authority to import inverter S/N into distributor or Installer account
2) Growatt Engineer access OSS account
3) Based on client’s installer or distributor account , you can select corresponding option.
4) Type Distributor Code
Example:
ALDLE001
Distributor code is ALDLE
5) Import Inverter S/N
6) Download sample file
7) Fill inverter S/Ns you want to import into excel form
8) Choose suitable Device type based on inverter model
9) Upload excel file and click importing
