Case Sharing: 2 MAX 60K TL3 LV with SEM can’t produce power normally when exporting current limitation function enabled

2 MAX 60K TL3 LV with SEM has exporting current limitation issue
Phenomenon

When exporting current limitation function has been enabled, 2 inverters produce very little Power

In the beginning, I thought it is definitely wrong CT position, but after local engineer Eliud went to site and check everything, it is not CT installation issue

Issue Reason:

When checking Shinemaster internal webpage, we found that meter address for exporting current limitation can’t match real smart meter address

This page shows default meter address for exporting current limitation, in usual, it is default 4 which is same with real smart meter address. IN above picture, it is 4 , but real smart meter address is 1. That’s why exporting current limitation function is abnormal. When exporting current limitation enabled, Shinemaster will use the default meter address on “Export Limit & Datalogger Setting to communicate with Smart meter.

solution:

Either change meter address 4 as 1 for exporting current limitation function , or change real smart meter address as 4 which is same address with “Export Limit & Datalogger Setting, and add new meter address in the internal webpage

  1. This has really helped. I have solved two low inverter production issues by matching the addresses. In both cases, 2 inverters of 60kW total production is below 100W. Now all are producing normal.
