1.Error 200

AFCI Fault, DC current ARC fault

AFCI module will have auto-check when entering into INV state, based on given PWM wave and sample the arc signal, if it is in the normal range, it will go through, if not in given range, fault will occur. After 3 times failed check, it will alarm the fault

2.Error 201

GFCI Module damage

Residual I High, Leakage current GFCI is too high

When power on, GFCI will have auto check, Auto-check signal is given by GPIO24, when auto-check, GFCI average value is lower than 69mA or greater than 6mA, disable GFCI function, but it won’t alarm the fault.

3.Error 202

PV input voltage too high

  1. If the PV voltage is greater than 1070V for 200ms, an error will be reported
  2. The PV voltage is less than 1000V for 2s to clear the error

4.Error 203

PV Isolation Low

  1. If the ISO detection resistance is less than 50KΩ, an error will be reported
  2. After the error is reported, detect the ISO resistance greater than 70KΩ to clear the fault

5.Error 300

AC V Outrange

You can modify register address value below:

52 register address: Vac Low ( Grid voltage low limit protect ) the value equals voltage*10 like 250*10 =2500

53 register address: Vac High ( Grid voltage high limit protect ) the value equals voltage*10 like 480*10 =4800

64 register address: Grid low voltage limit connect to Grid , the value equals voltage*10 like 250*10 =2500

65 register address: Grid high voltage limit connect to Grid , the value equals voltage*10 like 480*10 =4800

80 register address: Voltage protection for 10 mins , the value equals voltage*10 like 480*10 =4800

6.Error 301

AC reverse

7.Error 302

No AC Connection

  1. The three-phase line voltage is less than 173.2V
  2. If the condition 1 is not met, the fault will be cleared after 2s

8.Error 303

PE abnormal

This alarm will be detected when the model T bit bit1 is enabled and there is no grid fault. In the non-inverting state, if the NE voltage difference is less than 70V for 1s, the alarm will continue, and if it is less than 120V for 2s, the alarm will be cleared.

You can modify register address value below:

54 Register address: Fac Low, Grid frequency low limit protect, the value equals voltage*100 like 49*100 =4900
