Huawei is a high-tech enterprise that takes high technology as its starting point and focuses on large markets, large systems and large structures. With its historical mission, it requires all employees to insist on cooperation and take the road of collective struggle. Without this kind of platform, it is difficult for your intelligence and talents to be brought into play and achieve something. Therefore, people who are irresponsible, not good at cooperation, and cannot work together will lose the opportunity to make progress in Huawei. In that case, you will waste precious time. It is better to re-determine your choice during the probation period. Joining Huawei does not mean high treatment, because the company determines remuneration based on contribution and treatment based on responsibility. Practice is the foundation for improving your level. It fully tests your shortcomings. Only when they are exposed can you make progress. Practice again and again, especially for young students. Only when you are good at summarizing and summarizing with theory after practice can you make a leap forward. There is a famous saying that a company without records will sooner or later go bankrupt.
