SPH10000TL3 BH UP failure BattChrOrDisFail

Hi there anybody,

I have Growatt SPH10000TL3 BH UP installed, which is issuing failure BattChrOrDisFail dueing the self test and refuses to work with the battery.

Growatt support has fixed that issue remotely on another inverter of same type some time ago. Unfortunately they’ve never told me what they have done and Growatt support is not reachable at at 🙁

Does anyone have experiences with this failure and can help?
