There are many users of SPF5000 and SPF6000 reporting that the inverter switches to UTI operation without reason.
The battery level is over the B2AC limit and there was no overload to cause the switch.
It happened to me also.
It is annoying because you cannot set the inverter to SBU operation unless it is restarted or disconnect the grid for few hours.
The users reclaim that it seems this behavior is periodically, monthly.
Moreover, the uses having Solar Assistant and no Shine Wifi connected to cloud, states they did not encounter such issue.
So it comes the possibility that the inverter is commanded from the cloud server to switch to UTI monthly for … which reason?
Please somebody clarify whether is the issue, if it is a software bug or it is a cloud server issue.
