Hello all. Does anyone has suggestion on how to retreive which firmware is on a ARK 2.5 A1 battery? I tried the BCONFIG.txt with down_fault in it. It works on batteries with firmware 0006 but it does not work on brand new batteries from an authorized local vendor. Suggestions? Thank you!
